Exceptions to our warranty are parts Glen Dimplex Professional Appliances deem as consumable items: Bulbs, Handles, Door Seals, Filter Cartridges, Toaster Elements, Tap Actuators. Failure to descale hot water products will incur service call out charges and invalidate your warranty.
