Replacement filter cartridges are NOT covered by warranty. Damage due to product misuse is not covered by our warranty.
All Burco boiler products MUST be descaled regularly. Any breakdown or damage caused by a failure to do this may incur call out charges and invalidate your warranty.

We also have a fleet of over 180 service engineers UK-wide ensuring that in the unlikely event that you do encounter an issue with one of our appliances, one of our trained engineers can be with you quickly to help sort the problem out.
